Warranty, Return and Exchange Terms
Warranty, return and exchange processes for products purchased from Kontrolyum Otomasyon Sistemleri are carried out in accordance with the conditions below. Product delivery, return requests and warranty processes must be handled in accordance with the stated conditions.
Warranty Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the warranty conditions of the manufacturer companies. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, the products must be inspected during cargo delivery.
If any damage is detected on the product during delivery, a damage report must be issued by the cargo officer and the product must not be accepted. Modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, misuse, incorrect installation or deterioration of the original structure of the product are not covered by the warranty.
Product Return Conditions
If the product you purchased through our website is defective or faulty, you must contact us within 7 days at the latest from the delivery date. Following the evaluation, the defective product sent to us by cargo may be replaced with a new one.
If the defect in the product is caused by customer use, if the product has been used, or if the return period has expired, product return or exchange cannot be made. Current consumer legislation and relevant commercial provisions shall apply to product return and exchange conditions.
Products without an invoice will strictly not be accepted for return.
Products supplied by special order upon customer request will not be accepted for return.
Cancellation of specially ordered products during the supply period may be carried out with a deduction of 40% of the total amount including VAT.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete, unused and together with all accessories. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Depending on the return period, products may be accepted for return in accordance with the deduction rates stated below.
Deduction Rates According to Return Period
For accepted returns, the payment term applied to the customer is taken as basis, and the refund amount is paid in cash at the end of the payment term.
Material, document, cargo and shipment costs in return transactions belong to the sender, namely the returning party.
Return requests must be approved by Kontrolyum Otomasyon Sistemleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. before the relevant procedures are initiated.
Return transactions that do not comply with the procedures or are made without approval from Kontrolyum Otomasyon Sistemleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. will not be accepted.
For returns of defective, faulty or incorrect products, the complaint form to be sent to you must first be completed. The product must be sent together with the form to the company address of Kontrolyum Otomasyon Sistemleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. as “Prepaid”. The product defect will be examined by our company and the result will be notified to you with the “Product Inspection Form”. Depending on the examination result, product replacement may be made. If your return request is approved, the shipping cost will be covered by Kontrolyum Otomasyon Sistemleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. and refunded to you.
In order for return and warranty processes to proceed quickly, it is important that products are sent together with their original packaging, invoice, accessories and relevant documents. Products sent without prior approval may not be accepted or the process may take longer.
