Warranty Conditions
All products are under the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, you should definitely check the product during the cargo delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product. Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
Product Return Policy
If the product you purchased on our site is found to be faulty, you must contact us from the online support section on our page, within 7 days from the delivery date at the latest. Following this information, the faulty product that you will send to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within 7 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. As the product return and replacement conditions, the practices in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077 are essential.
1 - Products without an invoice will not be refunded.
2 - Returns of materials brought by special order upon customer request will not be accepted.
3 - Upon the customer's request, the cancellation of the specially ordered materials within the supply period can only be realized with the deduction of 40% of the total amount.
4 - Our products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
5 - Depending on the return period, the materials can be returned with the following deduction rates.
From the invoice date;
# Materials returned within a week are taken back in accordance with the return conditions.
# A 5% deduction is applied for the repayment of the fee for the materials returned within one month in line with the return conditions.
# A 10% deduction is applied to the reimbursement of the fee for materials returned within three months in accordance with the return conditions.
# A 20% deduction is applied to the reimbursement of the fee for materials returned within six months in accordance with the return conditions.
# Items less than six months old are not considered returns.
6 - At the end of the maturity, the refund amount is paid in cash, by applying the same maturity date applied to our customer in return acceptances.
7 - Material and document cargo/shipping costs related to return transactions belong to the sender (returner).
8 - Before the related transactions, the procedure is done by Kontrolyum Otomasyon Sistemleri San. Tic. Ltd. Sti.' should be started with the approval.
9 - Non-compliance with the procedures and Kontrolyum Otomasyon Sistemleri San. Tic. Ltd. Sti. Returns made without approval by us will not be accepted.
10 - In case of defective, defective or faulty product returns, the product complaints will be sent to you first, together with the form to be filled in, to Kontrolyum Otomasyon Sistemleri San. Tic. Ltd. Sti. It should be sent to the company address as "Paid in Advance". The product malfunction will be detected by our company and information will be transferred to you with the "Product Inspection Form" and the product will be changed based on the result. If your return request is "APPROVED", the cost of your shipment will be transferred to Kontrolyum Otomasyon Sistemleri San. Tic. Ltd. Sti. It is received and forwarded to you.
