About Membership
To become a member of our store, simply go to our Membership Procedures page and fill in the relevant sections. It is important that you enter your membership information accurately and completely in order to avoid issues during communication and delivery processes.
Becoming a member is a very simple and quick process. Becoming a member does not mean that you are under any obligation. However, before shopping, we recommend that you carefully read the sales agreement.
You have the right to terminate your membership at any time.
Membership Cancellation
Members have the right to terminate their membership at any time. After you terminate your membership, your membership relationship with our website will end.
To terminate your membership, you must log in to your account and submit your request through our contact information page.
Membership Cannot Be Cancelled in the Following Cases
- If 60 days have not passed since the member’s last order.
- If the membership cancellation request is submitted using a different e-mail address.
- If the member cannot be reached through the registered information.
Membership Will Be Cancelled by Us in the Following Cases
- If the member sends immoral messages or writes inappropriate comments.
- If the member has attempted fraud.

Using a Different Address
Each member may enter a different delivery address other than their registered address while completing an order.
You can use this option when sending gifts to your friends or when you are staying at different addresses.
For example, you may use the different address option when you are working at different branches of your company, staying at a summer house, or when you want the invoice to be delivered to you while the order is delivered to another person.
Product Reviews
Every member may write reviews for products. As you share your knowledge and experience with other users, a more informed and enjoyable shopping environment is created.
When writing product reviews, please make sure to write respectful comments toward other users and the product manufacturer within the framework of general moral rules.
Reviews are reviewed, and comments that are deemed inappropriate are removed from the system.
