Stock quantities and delivery lead times for all products offered on our website are specified individually on each product page. However, due to real-time stock movements, actual stock quantities may differ from the displayed values. Therefore, stock information is provided for informational purposes only.
Orders completed by 16:00 (4:00 PM) on business days are shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 16:00 (4:00 PM) are dispatched on the next business day.
Orders placed after 16:00 (4:00 PM) on Fridays are shipped on Monday.
For out-of-stock or custom-manufactured products, the delivery lead time stated on the product page applies.
Products are prepared and shipped within the specified lead time.
An automatic order confirmation email will be sent to you after your purchase.
If any of the selected products are unavailable, you will be informed separately and an estimated supply date will be provided.
In the event of any delay or issue caused by our side, we will contact you using the information provided in your account. Therefore, it is important to keep your membership and contact details up to date.
Deliveries are not made during public holidays and national holidays.
