Sales Agreement

The subject of this Sales Agreement Preliminary Information Form is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of products sold by the SELLER to the BUYER that may require technical knowledge, installation and/or expertise.

By approving this agreement electronically, the BUYER accepts in advance that the products ordered may require professional installation, technical knowledge and proper application, and that the SELLER shall not be responsible for any problems arising from incorrect installation, faulty connection or user errors.

4. Products Subject to the Agreement

All technical specifications, brand/model information, intended use and sales prices of the products subject to the order are available on the SELLER’s website, and the BUYER accepts that they have reviewed this information before placing the order.

The products sold are intended for building automation, HVAC and mechanical installation applications, and most of these products are professional products that may require installation and technical service.

5. General Provisions

5.1. The BUYER accepts that failures caused by incorrect installation, installation by unauthorized persons or use contrary to the user manual shall be excluded from the warranty coverage.

5.2. The maximum product delivery period is 30 days. For out-of-stock products or products specially procured upon order, this period may vary depending on the supply period.

5.3. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the products completely and in accordance with the applicable legislation. Unless installation service is provided, the responsibility for product application belongs to the BUYER.

6. Warranty Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, all products sold are covered by the warranty of the relevant manufacturers. In order for the warranty coverage to remain valid:

The product must be checked upon delivery.
Damaged products must not be accepted, and a cargo damage report must be prepared.
Mechanical, electrical or software modifications made to the product are excluded from the warranty coverage.
Installation and interventions carried out by unauthorized persons are excluded from the warranty coverage.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

7.1. Products requiring technical service, installation or project-specific application are not considered standard retail products by their nature.

7.2. Products specially procured upon the BUYER’s request cannot be returned or exchanged.

7.3. For standard products, if the product is defective, written notification must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.

7.4. Returns of products without an invoice shall not be accepted under any circumstances.

7.5. Products must be in their original packaging, complete and unused.

7.6. Return cargo and shipping costs belong to the BUYER.

8. Special Order and Cancellation Conditions

Products specially ordered upon the BUYER’s request may be cancelled during the supply period only with a deduction of 40% of the total amount including VAT.

No returns shall be accepted under any circumstances after a period exceeding six months.
