Required Products for a Separate Thermostat Control System in Each Room
When each room is intended to be controlled by a separate thermostat, a thermal actuator is connected to each zone on the thermostatic manifold. Thanks to the commands coming from the thermostats, the relevant room or zone can be opened and closed independently. This system provides higher comfort and more efficient heating control.
1. Manifold Selection
In order to control each room separately, a thermostatic manifold suitable for thermal actuator connection must be used. If you do not have a manifold, you can choose the suitable manual-thermostatic or flowmeter-thermostatic manifold set for your system.

In systems where each room will be controlled by a separate thermostat, the TA230-NC thermal actuator should be used for each zone on the thermostatic manifold. Each thermostat controls the actuator of its own connected zone and opens or closes the line according to the heating demand of the relevant room.
3. Control Box (Terminal Box)
In systems where each room uses a separate thermostat, a terminal box is used to provide the connection between thermostats and thermal actuators. The terminal box provides central control of the entire system and helps pumps and other equipment switch on and off automatically.
